1. I have a qualified tenant for 3223 Alma Street with a signed one year lease at 2350/mo starting mid-June
2. I have a signed, commited, experienced CEO and two qualified teammembers onboard with him to start the content initiative in July
3. I have started a rapidly growing, profitable business which will facilitate significant positive change in human consciousness and secured its first customers
